ITSM Consultant:
ITSM Consultant and Project Manager required for multiple contract positions around the UK.
We require an IT Service Management specialist consultant that is experienced in process and service management who can proactively seek out and implement opportunities to deliver very high levels of customer quality management and focus for our clients.

A key member of our Projects Team implementing and supporting various client projects across a wide variety of industries in UK locations. Please note that this job will require travel to other sites and possible out of hours work for project implementations including some weekends.

Essential skills include:

• Hands-on operational experience and project management
• Very high level of customer quality and focus
• Ability to engage with Key Stakeholders and staff at all levels
• Solid IT Service Management (ITSM) consulting experience
• Experience across a variety of business sectors
• 1st Class people and business management skills
• Be proactive and happy to take ownership and accountability
• Ability to overtly seek out cost savings and efficiencies
• Be excellent at self management and motivation

Desirable skills include:

• Familiar and experienced with ITIL and Prince2 Methodologies
• Good understanding of how processes align to business strategy
• Experienced at driving improvements to the bottom line
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments & situations
• Good understanding of technologies incl. Microsoft SCCM & Office, XP and Windows7

The role is to construct, test and document the Software Packaging solution, based on industry packaging application for the “Catalogue” applications, to be delivered as part of the introduction of the Windows 7-based End User Computing environment.

The Application Packager should have proficiency with the following: Wise Studio, Admin Studio, Windows 7, Microsoft App-V and Microsoft SCCM for application deployment
