Flex Support

 

Waxtie’s Flex Support contract is designed to allow businesses who already have their own IT support staff, extend their abilities and services via technical assistance from multi-vendor, telephone, email and onsite support services. The contract is based on pre-purchased units of support, and can be utilised as needed, across support requirements, proactive consulting and deployment services, until the pre-purchased support allocation has been used up.

Service Support

  • Service Planning & Business Alignment: Understanding your IT deployment roadmap and supporting the development of a Service Delivery Plan to underpin this.
  • Service Delivery Management: Working with your IT team to help ensure that you have the appropriate and correct levels of support required to ensure that your Delivery Plan stays on-track and your business goals are achieved.

 

Problem Resolution

  • Break-Fix Incidents: Support to help resolve technical problems.
  • Onsite Support: Onsite technical support to resolve business-critical problems. (May incur additional associated costs.)
  • Multi-Vendor Support: Provision of numerous vendors, co-ordinated under one contract, to provide a single unified support.
  • Experienced Delivery Experts: The assigned support personnel undertake regular delivery and ensure their skills are current and competent.

 

Proactive Services

  • Workshops: Design, Planning and Deployment Workshops to provide hands-on support.
  • Service Delivery Planning: Consultancy Engagement to provide business assessments and road maps.
  • Bespoke Project Consultancy: Services delivered to provide implementation support.
